Static in Recordings...not in the stream...

Am having an issue with my recordings having a small amount of static in the left channel, especially noticed in quiet sections of a song...it brings with it a small amount of distortion as well...read the forums and Support suggested trying the Audio Driver instead of Win Audio Driver, but that detects nothing...it is NOT present in the stream...only upon playback...tried different bitrates, etc...does it on MOG and on Spotify as well...any ideas? Win 7, RM 4...

Try and lower the volume of the recording. Make sure that you have windows sounds turned off. If you continue to have an issue contact tech support with details and a log file.
