Unable to Download or Record from Digital Concert Hall with replay a/v, media catcher, or Video (screen) catcher

Dear fellows,

I was using me and many other friends of mine your software programms to download music videos from Digital Concert Hall of Berlin Philharmonc, This is impossible anymore to do so. I am unable to record, capture or download videos from Digital Concert Hall.

Do you think there is another way I could capture these videos? (not the screen capture is working, not the media catcher etc)
