Hello all! Any help AS SOON AS POSSIBLE is needed, please!
As of yesterday Replay Media Catcher 4 will not download the daily "90 Seconds with Art Cashin" video. It only downloads the advertisements before the clip, and sometimes it won't even download those! I am getting the content from cnbc.com (More specifically: http://www.cnbc.com/id/100004036 ). I have never had a problem getting this content before, which has been an every day process we have done for over a year now. As I said earlier, it only started yesterday so we had to get the content from a co-worker who works remotely overseas, which takes way too much time. I've troubleshooted the issue by following the steps on the FAQ page...didn't help. I've also contacted customer and tech support multiple times via email and through their website. I have not received a response. It's DIRE to our company that we get it back working. Can any one help me please? Thank you.

Hailee

Hi Hailee

I tested this video: http://video.cnbc.com/gallery/?play=1&video=3000136837

And it recorded just fine - Please make sure that you always open Replay Media Catcher and click the "record" button BEFORE you browse to the site that you wish to capture from. Also, please try deleting your temporary internet files from your browser's cache. (This is VERY important)

Let me know if this helps please! :-)
