RMC 4 Filename Problems

On Lynda.com and streaming a MySQL tutorial I got halfway through the list of videos and now the filenames are wrong or incomplete. It kicks out the "Performing extended title search" message. Why would it get halfway through and then mess up? I'm experiencing this on a number tutorials where it gets a couple and then goes bad on the filenames.
Any idea how I might rectify this behavior?
