Could not find codec parameters

Hello,

I did a fresh install of MC 4.4.5.0. The program successfully downloaded the desired file, but fails upon conversion. I downloaded the K-Lite Codec Pack, but that did not help. It fails regardless of the desired conversion, e.g. mp4, wmv, m4b.

Can anyone help?
