Hi all,
I purchased Replay Media about 4-6 months ago and now it stopped recording from Pandora. So I thought there maybe an update, downloaded the latest version, installed, and now it wants me to pay another $10 for an upgrade. I just need my old version back that records from Pandora, thats all. How can I get that?

Click this link (http://www.applian.com/replay-media-catcher/demo.php). You will see a link called "Previous Version 2.40"

That version doesn't really work on much of anything anymore... but it should work on Pandora fine.

Ahhh, thanks so much. It works.
Now, as for the upgrade. I don't mind paying the extra $10, but how often do the upgrades happend that I have to pay for? Just wondering...

not often. That was the first paid upgrade in the 2+ years the software has been out. I don't see that happening again for a long, long time.

I have version 2.1

Pandora worked fine when I purchased this version. Have not used the software in awhile.

Tried tonight to use it with Pandora ... records the songs, but I cannot play them. Using XP service pack 3.

Do I need to upgrade?

You should at least update to version 2.4 - which you can do for free. This version may work with Pandora. If not you will need to purchase the upgrade. What happens when you try to play the files?

I upgraded to 2.4.

I am now able to play the music.
But not all files come thru with info ... like the title of the song.

For example, the name of a song is EF5EEBA7_.mp4

The songs captured with 2.0 gives the error message:
Clip cannot be played. It contains unexpected data and may be corrupt.

Would the latest version take care of these problems?

Thanks ....

I use the latest version to capture from Pandora and it works great. I've been able to capture over an hours worth of music with every song tagged. Keep in mind that you will still get occasional files that will not be tagged. Not many, but there will always be a few.
