Is it possible to burn YouTube files to a DVD in a format that can be used on TV screen w/ normal "over-the-counter" DVD player.
NOTE: I'm receiving a message on my DVD player that says:"DirectShowSource: Could not open as video or audio. VIdoe Returned: Couldn't open file. Cannot play back file. The format is not supported. Thanks Last edited by noel; 11-20-2008 at 05:23 PM. |

Hi Noel
Absolutely! :-) Most dvd players today use either mpeg-2, or the mpeg-4 format. Replay Converter 3.x can convert to BOTH of those formats, and burn to dvd with no problem at all. :-) Have you checked to see what file formats your dvd player works with? Also, what format(s) are you converting to before you burn? Thanks.
