Plans for Streaming broadcast client?

Dear Applian Developers,

Is there any plans for developing a streamning broadcast client, like RealNetworks´Helix producer, specially on 3GPP (MP4) format?

Applian has excellent products for capturing and converting video formats, and ít could venture on the broadcast area.
