the recorder statters

hello,
I just installed Frecorder.
It works, but when I start recording the voice starts to jump, both in the speakers and in the recording itself.

Can anyone help me?

When I record in MP3 format the recording is fine for about a minute and then starts to jump. Is happens in all bit rate of MP3.

In WAV format the recording was fine (I checked it for about 5 minutes, maybe it starts jumping later)
