Do any of these programs remove the DRM from Itunes Videos ?

No, that is illegal. What it will do is allow you to record and tag the audio output from iTunes, which is not illegal. Replay Music is the program you want for that. As far as iTunes videos are concerned, I'm not really sure.

No. None of the Applian products remove strip the DRM thats encoded in the video...
Your better of downloading videos of hulu.com or Veoh.com using Replay Media Catcher but,
ofcourse, if you wanna remove DRM Content from iTunes Videos you should try:
