Recordings are lagging

hey guys,

i've got some problems with the recorder. all my records are lagging like hell. in my slinplayer i'm watching the streams at 2000 kbit/s at a 640 x 480 resolution with max frames an it works like a charm.

i tried every possible combination in the recorder, but always get the same results.

does anybody has an idea what the problem could be?
