A/V 8 cutting off after 10secs - Help!!

Hi,
I'm trying to capture video clips from babytvchannel.com with A/V 8 full version however it seems to keep cutting off after 10secs and I keep getting a screenshot of 'System Error - our technicians have been notified. Please try again soon.'

Can you please help me. I am subscribed to babytvchannel.com but my baby happens to love a music video clip that isn't always on and I'd like to capture that for him. Another question is I happen to have difficulty locating that particular file everytime. If you have any advise will be greatly appreciated.
