Conversion takes long time?

Hi I'm a new user, trying the trial version to see if I want to buy.

I'm using Replay Music Version 3 on Windows XP.

I tried to record a streaming song from Napster. The guide says that it will take approximately 60 seconds for a song to identify/convert after recording.

When I record a song it takes about 60 seconds of "Identifying track." It then switches to "converting track" and I've let it run for about 10 minutes, and nothing is happening.

Are you using the latest version of Replay Music, version 3.45? If not, please try that version out.
