Hi I'm a new user, trying the trial version to see if I want to buy.
I'm using Replay Music Version 3 on Windows XP. I tried to record a streaming song from Napster. The guide says that it will take approximately 60 seconds for a song to identify/convert after recording. When I record a song it takes about 60 seconds of "Identifying track." It then switches to "converting track" and I've let it run for about 10 minutes, and nothing is happening. |

Are you using the latest version of Replay Music, version 3.45? If not, please try that version out. Best regards,
