Error converting .mov to .mp4

The software downloads the video as a .mov. Then automatically converts it to .mp4. When you try to play the .mp4 I get error: Error - 2041 Invalid sample description found in movie. If you rename the file to .mov, it plays fine.

Now try renaming 100's of files at once.
