convert .mp4 to WAV

Hello,
I'm unable to convert .mp4 files to .wav files.

Anyone know a fix?

What version of the Converter are you using. If you are not using our latest-3.05 please download it and give it a try.

Try and do the conversion again. If you still have an issue then right mouse click the file you are trying to convert and select Troubleshoot. Then try the conversion again as it uses a different method. If you still have an issue then please contact tech support as we'll need to see your log file and get more info from you.
