Unhappy not letting me capture
from crunchyroll.com

is it because it's an adobe flash player 9?

not sure if this question has been asked, I'm sure it has but I'm to sleepy to read threw all of the post to find it. Any help would be nice and thanks in advance..heading off to bed now.

I'll reply in the morning or when I get up LOL

You shouldn't have any problems capturing from this site. Make sure that you are using the latest version, which is 3.0.

Open Media Catcher
Click "Start Recording"
Open your browser and go to crunchyroll.com
Play the videos you want to capture.
