You can certainly purchase our programs from the Netherlands with your Mastercard. Click the Buy Now button on the following page: http://applian.com/replay-converter/index.php
Then click through to the "Secure Purchase" page which displays the purchasing fileds including credit card info. In the Country field, select the Netherlands from the drop down menu and complete all the other fileds to execute the purchase.

Please note that there is also a PayPal option on that page in case you have a PayPal account and elect to pay by PayPal.
