IVR files are proprietary to Real Player. This kind of defeats the purpose of recording if you have to buy a special converter for them. They should make it easy to record and to convert files that are easy to use in various venues.
They are only made with Real Player and they are a relatively new format. I personally recommend that you try other formats for capturing files and they are easy to convert-especially with our new Replay Converter. |
