streeming from thy are server ? please

I really love this program . I ask Can i make streaming on my website from thy are server ? and i want know the Dirct link for the streaming vids

and i ask also . what i need to make streaming for mp4 video ? i use all the flv
player in the market But no one work . because they do not support rtmpe .

So haw i can find player support that . i want use that on my site .
