Default Black Eyed Peas Website...
To Tech Support...

I requested help on snagging video from this site over a year ago, and I still can't get the software to work. When I have your software up & running, the BEP site will not play "any" video content. When I close your software, then the videos play okay... still looking for solutions to this site if you have found any... thanks...

Sorry for the delay, I looked around on the site a bit and wasn't able to find the videos...do I need to join/sign up in order to view them?

You will have to join and then login. The videos are in Flash format. Actually Dave should be using Replay Media Catcher to capture these videos.

Yes... you have to join the site(free-no charge), and then you can view the videos. And yes... I "did" try Replay Media Catcher with "No" luck. Again, when I load your software first, then try and play the videos, the videos won't play. As soon as I close your software, the videos play without a problem... Hmmm... I hope you can solve this problem as I would like to download these higher quality videos than the ones on Yahoo's video music site... Thanks for your help...

I would have to breakout some network tools to capture the session. I think that Applian programmers should look at this before I start reverse engineering this...

I'm online right now with the BEP video site, and all videos are working. It is 03/23/08 at 12:18 PM PST...
