I have upgraded to Music 3 and the program close's while recording music with a message "Explorer has a problem and will close your application"
I have done the following things to try to fix this problem: 1. Reset RM3 2. Dowloaded RM3 again Needless to say I love the new program and I would like to use it more instead of MR2. Help. |

Hi,
Is it Windows Explorer or Internet Explorer that is crashing? What source are you recording from when the crash occurs? In this case it might be best to sumbit a tech support ticket so that we can examine your log file. Thanks. |

Intermet explorer is crashing and I'm on Napster web site. Thanks
