Add volume increase in Replay Converter

I would like to see the ability to increase the volume level of files being converted.
Often times captured streams have a low volume level. To have the ability to increase the level from 100% to 125%, 150%, etc. would be a great feature.

This feature is included in the latest version of Replay Converter, version 3.11 that you can now download from the Replay Converter website: http://applian.com/replay-converter/demo.php
