I'm trying to play along with an .mp3 and save it as a new file, but I always get two files. I can't get my input device and existing mp3 to record unless I select both the freecorder audio drive and the windows input device. Is there some way to get freecorder to produce one single file?
I'm on Windows Media Center 2005 |

The program is going to make a separate recording for each sound that it hears. since it is hearing two different sounds it is going to make two different recordings. You might want to try one of our other programs to do what you are doing. Give Replay Screencast a try and see if it is going to meet your needs.
