Hi Margie,

Can you give us a specific URL to test record?

I tested three separate videos and was able to capture. You shouldn't have any problems capturing these with Media Catcher. As Jeff suggested, maybe you could provide a link to a certain video that is giving you problems.

Here are some links for Anastasia. They stop at about 12 to 13 MB on several attempts.

Thanks for any help.

The two clips you posted are 13 MB. When the transfer starts, double-click on it in Media Catcher and you will see this:

What's probably happening is the movies are split in to 13 MB sections. Try leaving Media Catcher on while watching the whole thing all the way through...

I tried again several more times and Media Catcher always stops capturing and says it saved a partial file.

It also happened with this one:

It happens with anything on Youku. Even if the file plays all the way through, Media Catcher stops capturing.

These movies are split in to 13 MB. chunks:

You have to leave Media Catcher recording throughout the entire movie and watch the movie all the way through.

If it's missing files, make sure your temp files in your browser are cleared before recording.
