I have Freecorder installed on my laptop using XP Professional. Sometimes when hitting any button on the toolbar "You can only use one Freecorder at a time" appears and the program stops working. Seemingly, only shutting the computer down completely resets it. Is there a simpler way round this? Thanks in anticipation.

With regards to your issue, Do you have Replay AV or Replay Music installed on your computer? If you do they need to be closed n order to use the toolbar. Also, make sure when you are done recording that you select stop. If you still have this issue select control-alt-delete. Go to the processes tab and "kill" the freecorder.exe. This does happen once in a while. Our developer is aware of this issue and working on it. Thanks.

Hi Mr. Techi,
Just curious why did you go with "Freecorder Tollbar" and not "ASK & Record Toolbar"?? Thanks, G |

I am moving this to Freecorder Toolbar as this is in the wrong forum. Thanks.
