Support For Firefox 3.0?
I've just upgraded my browser to the new Firefox 3.0, but I haven't been able to record any streaming videos since usng AV 8.42, even if I play the files over and over again.
Using the streamcapture (URL finder) function doesn't work either. Help?

I have the same problem but if I use IE Tab add-on and switch to IE I can record or you could try using Download Helper add-on until there is a fix.

Hey Guys, Thanks for your posts:
When Firefox 3 became available, We tested all of our products with it. Only Freecorder Toolbar had a problem and that has since been resolved with the latest update. We just ran another test with RAV and YouTube and the URL Finder works normally for me as does the recording process. I’m not sure you two are having trouble. Perhaps you can submit tech support tickets with logs so that we can see what they are trying to record?
