Unhappy All software locks up!

I just purchased the entire suite and installed it. Now when I go to run the software it hangs up and task manger says it's "not responding". This happens to all the software.
ANY CLUES?

Was a demo working before you made the purchase? Or was the purchase your initial install?

Hi, I'm having the same problem but only with AV. All the other packages function O.K. How do I get a tech support certificate to submit?
