Freecorder: Hijackware?

I was not aware at the time of installing, 'Freecorder?' that it would eventually become a hijacking toolbar. I neither appreciate the (mal)function that you've deemed necessary to code into the program, nor its ability to overtake a, "The page you're looking for wasn't found." and make it your own.
This is an insidious form of cheesey advertising that benefits no-one, especially you.
Your message "Why did I get this page?" babbles on about your community toolbar being currently active. I find this patently interesting as I had not activated it. You go on further to mention that I can disable it, well not that this will come as a surprise to you, but it give absolutely no options of this sort.
I am shocked and disappointed at the levels that you can stoop to promote your name!
Free, is simply that and no more.
