Default Getting video ready to watch on dvd

I have been making quite a few videos that I would like to watch on tv using a regular dvd player. My current process is like this:

1 - record the program using Replay Screencast
2 - convert the file to an mp4 file type using Replay Converter
3 - Splitting them into manageable sizes
4 - move files from my windows laptop to iMac
5 - Use iMovie 06 to add chapter markers
6 - use iDVD to make movie

I haven't figured out how to do chapter markers in the Replay Suite yet. Since the videos are about 4 hours long, I am cutting them into about 90 minute clips in step 3. But, I really want to have the chapter markers about 10 minutes apart.

Is there a way to do this with the Replay Suite without moving over to my iMac computer? Which program(s) do I use?

Thanks in advance for any assistance.
