FLV Player wont play?

Hello: After bringing up the FLV player I click on click here and the
open video file screen comes up and I paste in the url and click open but on the flv screen nothing happens,it says its loading but the numbers are not moving. Can anyone help this newbie? Thanks

Hi,

How fast is your Internet connection? If it's a slow connection, then the video will first need to load before it starts to play.

sfan: Thank You for the reply, I have DSL verizon, and dont seem to have any problems with other video cllips. I know a video might take a little longer to load>
But if I put a little clip in there (say one minute long), it should load fairly quick, also the progression bar does not move and that is telling me something but I dont know what?

Thanks, But I have windows os, I could not get the player to work so I deleted it!!

i think its on your connection..what is the speed on you internet?did you check it??or another thing may affect this is the software incompatibility..just try check that..
