Schedule in other time zones, DST, etc;.

I record several shows in other time zones, and in particular time zones that change to/from Daylight Savings on different days than my area does. I would be wonderful if we could specify the local time zone to use in scheduling a recording, and thus to have Replay AV (etc.) take care of the time changes. Without that, I have to very carefully change each show's schedule four times a year in order to sync up with Europe.
