Default No network adapter activity?

Every time I try to download it says i ahve no network activity on any available network adapters. Does that make sense to anyone? Do I have to have Firefox to make this work?

Hi, specifically what program are you attempting to use to download? We get this error/issue on a few of our programs...

If its Replay AV, Here is a link to the directions for your Windows firewall settings. Please check them for me.

http://www.applian.com/replay-av/sup..._guide_800.php

Also, Try this:

Start>Control Panel>Network Connections

Once you're there, you need to make sure that all of your internet adapters, (the wired and the wireless) are enabled, if they are enabled, you can right click them and hit "repair" and windows will attempt to reassign an IP adress.

Heres a video showing him where to go and what to look at:

http://www.wmrecorderpro.com/adaptors.asf

Let us know if that makes a differnece please, and if this indeed is for Replay A/V...

Default Network Adapter to Monitor: dropdown is empty ...

I've reset my network connection, added ReplayAV to my Windows Firewall exceptions list, ReplayAV is active on my Firewall ...

Any other ideas? I am able to get to the internet without any problems.

My system crashed and I just got back running again. I don't remember having any problems when I originally installed ReplayAV about 2 years ago.
