Default Capturing desktop in video

Hi-
When playing back the video that is in the My Video folder, the sound won't play and also after a couple of minutes into it, my desktop image appears with the background design and icons and stops the video.

What is happening and how can I fix this? I am working in XP and the audio tester worked before I started this.

Ruby

What format are you recording in? There are two different formats. Give the other one a try and see if it works for you. Also, run the audio test one more time to verify that you are using the correct one. If you continue to have a problem please contact tech support.
