I downloaded freecorder today and it worked fine for about 3 hours. All of a sudden the toolbar would no longer record.
I thought that I would uninstall and reinstall to see if I could make it work. I CAN NOT GET FREECORDER OFF MY BROWSER!! At first I couldn't uninstall as certain .dlls were "in use" - I rebooted in safe mode and thought I got rid of the sucker. Upon another reboot I've found that the freecorder toolbar/malware is still in my browser even though it's now missing from my add/removed programs dialog. I'm very disappointed right now. Any advice on how I can get rid of the toolbar/malware? |

Phew, I realize now that you have to use the extensions and add-ons options to get rid of freecorder. I feel better about this!
I'm going to try and reinstall it to see if it will record again. |

I'm having the same problem, but I don't understand what it means "you have to use the extension and add-on options" to get rid of it. What does that mean?
