not seek-able recording inTrial version of replay media catcher

I know that in trial version only 70% is recorded. Is that the reason also that The recording quality is fine. Just can't seek to any part of the video.
So the time code is missing some how. That also makes the converting impossible as well with my any-video-converter software.
Is there a way to recode the timing back into the Flv file?

Not all files will have the seek option, and unfortunately not all files will convert well. If yo give me a specific link, I can test this for you. Thanks!
