No video when Asf converted to ipod video. any Idea?

We are currently working on a fix for this, but in the meantime try the following as this has worked for many users:

1) Re-name the .asf extension to .wmv before converting the video.
2) Convert the .wmv file using Replay Converter to an iPod video.
