Aspect Ratio of Burned DVD's

Hello,

Is there anyway to set the aspect ratio of the burned DVD's? Everything seems to come out in 4:3 mode, even though the source is 16:9.

I've posted on this before and, unless I've missed it, Applian seems to be ignoring the error while at the same time not mentioning it on their advertising...AS IF DVD conversion works as everyone would expect.

Hello can someone please answer the question above for the burn ratio as I am having the same problem and I am sure others are as well.
How can we change the ratio 4.3 to 16.9

The developer is aware of this issue in some cases and is working on it. Also, if you need a fast answer and you are not getting it in the forum please go to tech support. We monitor this but don't always answer in the forums.

Hello Guys,
Hope this will help those having problems with this issue.
I was trying to convert a movie for my friend using her DVD 120MIN/4.7g DVD+R
1x-4x RECORDABLE. After going through five disc's and the Burn ratio stayed at 4.3 I gave up and decided to use my disc.
Guess what everything worked perfectly I use TDK DVD-R 1-16X VERSION 1.3 4.7GB.
So what I am saying is that the Disc used makes a difference.
