Capture Issues-Dual Monitor etc

I have just started to use the program to try and capture hulu etc. A few things. I have a dual monitor system. If I try to capture a window on the second screen it doest work. It records my actions on the main monitor window. Even If I load the program on the second monitor.

Can you only capture or record and do nothign else on the machine doing the capture? Does it matter if the speaker sound is turned down while recording?

I think the program has some promise but is definitely quirky.
