Can't get any high resolution video.
I haven't messed with this program for a while but I updated to the most recent software. I am using a slingbox solo hooked up with component video. when I try to record any source all my videos show up as 320x240 no matter what I set the video size to. Since I updated everything to the latest and greatest I have not been able to fix this. Any assistance?

Also I have tried to do a complete uninstall and reinstall. The uninstall seems to no uninstall everything. When I reload the software my activation key is already there and so are my previous settings. What files does the uninstall program not remove that way I can manually delete them and start from scratch? Thanks.
