I have just downloaded the demo version of At Large and cannot get any video images just sound , any help on solving this before I purchase the full version .. Thanks

That sounds like it could be a connection related issue. If you have not configured Port Forwarding on your router for your Slingbox, that could be a likely cause of the connection problem (even if SlingPlayer plays fine).

If you continue to have trouble, please try setting the recording options to their defaults. On the second recording screen, click the "advanced" button, then click the "default" button and try recording again.
