Help! Won't record

Recorder had no problems for two days. It would record anything and everything. Then one day it just stopped. I recorded something just fine. Tried to record something else and it never would work again. I get that recording box to pop up but no waves in the box. Don’t know what is wrong or how to fix it. I have tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it. Nothing seems to work! HELP!!

Make sure you are clicking record before you open the media you want to capture. In some instances it helps to click record, close your browser -freecorder will remain open- the reopen your browser and play the media. If you are still having issues, please create a support ticket. Thanks!
