how can i make ask record toolbar appear to my firefox browser? its what i use everytime and during installation there where no prompts on what browser can't it appear...

Ask & Record is not compatible with the latest version of Firefox. Install Freecorder 4 (http://www.applian.com/freecorder4/download.php), it has all of the same components as the Ask Toolbar.
