Installing on multi user system

My wife and I share a computer running XP and using Firefox. She installed the Ask & Record toolbar while logged in under her user name and it successfully placed the toolbar on her browser. However, the browser under my user log-in did not get the toolbar. I thought I could install it myself the same way she did but I get the dreaded "already installed" message. Does anybody know how I can get the toolbar and recording features installed on the browser in my user log-on?

The toolbar works for me only for one user name. Don't really know how to solve this.

The toolbar will only work under the administrator account. There is no work around for this.
