I have been using Ask and Record Toolbar for many months with no problem. I recently installed Microsoft Security Essentials as my anti virus software and now the Ask and Record Toolbar never detects a movie being downloaded. I removed the Ask and Record Toolbar, downloaded the latest version and reinstalled and still no videos will download. I have checked Microsoft Security Essentials and there does not appear to be any setting relating to preventing video downloads. Is there a way to get Ask and Record Toolbar working with Microsoft Security Essentials installed.
