View Full Version : Ask And Record does not capture video on windows 7

Help: I am using windows 7 ultimate and have installed the Ask & Record toolbar. It appears however that videos played from any sites are not being captured by the toolbar?, I have removed and reinstalled the toolbar but the problem still persists. Any help or advice would be of great help.

The Save video function only works on sites streaming HTTP. Also, Ask does not support Windows 7 at this time.

I have finally got the toolbar to install and work fully on windows 7. In order to install the toolbar, I have had to disable my sound drivers and reinstall them after the Ask & Record toolbar was installed. Following this, I have installed google chrome as my main browser and this has enabled the Ask & Record toolbar to function as it should.
