Freecorder Toolbar Doesn't Appear in Firefox 3.5.2

I have just installed Freecorder but it doesn't appear anywhere in Firefox 3.5.2

I have checked IE7 also and it's a no show there too!

Please can someone help??

Can you please clarify whether you are using the Freecorder Toolbar or the Ask & Record Toolbar? Thank you!

I encountered the same problem. I checked for FF updates, and it found Freecorder 2.2.0.9 and now everything is as it was.

I have tried searching updates, nothing!!

I have the lastest version of firefox on 4 computers and freecorder doesn't appear on any of them!!

It can't be compatible!!!!

We have had installation issues with the Ask & Record Toolbar on the latest browser versions. We do expect to have this situation worked out in the next couple of weeks.
