I am using Firefox 3.5 and I have the A&R toolbar where it is supposed to be; however, when I click on save video, record audio, convert, play, and even settings nothing happens:eek:; however, if I click on the tell a friend button it does open my outlook express. so what gives why is nothing else working?

Hi Treazon

Have a look at several other threads on this section of the forum. This is an issue that's been running for weeks now and they are still working on it.

There is a simple workround until they fix it on this thread (http://forum.applian.com/showthread.php?t=2560).

Thank you for pointing me in the right direction I have been using the program for several months now but had to reinstall it after having my computer repaired and was surprised to discover that suddenly there was a problem. Thank you again for your help.
P.s I would like to point out that my toolbar does appear in my browser it just does not function I don't know if that means there is another issue that needs to be solved or not but either way the solution works.

Yep, it's the same for me. The toolbar is there but when you press the buttons it's dead. Since the workround works fine, looks like the actual recording software is OK, it's just the toolbar that's broken.

BTW, this is only for Firefox. You'll probably find that IE works fine but I much prefer Firefox... :)

It happened for me when I upgraded to Firefox 3.5 and went from Freecorder to Ask & Record toolbar.
