About the Ask & Record toolbar

Hey, I just wanted to know if either the toolbar or Ask.com keeps or tracks any information when I use the toolbar recorder. I.e: Does it track a song I record or see where I recorded it from. I Read the privacy policy and it only explains about the Ask Toolbar it self but not about the Ask & Record Toolbar.
