video playback stops

when i try to play back saved videos a message appears in the settings area
of the FLV player..'flushing' and then the message, 'stopped', and the video stops. Can anybody solve this? thanks

Please provide me with the URL of the stream that you are trying to record so that I can troubleshoot the issue for you.

Do you let the video finish downloading before you try to play it? I am unable to duplicate this. You might try reinstalling the player.

:) your advice worked, i waited until the video stream had completed, then saved it on the ask & record toolbar, and it was all there on playback, every
last note, I was so relieved....this was important to me, I have tried several
other 'video recording software packages' but none of them came close to Applian's FLV player with the 'ask and record toolbar' superb quality, and a customer service Team to back it up, i will recomend your product 100%!!
