Solution to the "nothing happening" problem!

This is a solution for those who have frustratingly tried to install the toolbar but after opening your browser, and finding the toolbar is not there.

Well the solution that worked for me was going to "C:\Program Files\Ask & Record Toolbar". In this folder are the actual programs, the music recorder, converter..ect ect.

Simply open the program and it works. You could make a shortcut on the desktop or something for easier access, but you won't have the toolbar in the browser. :(

Thanks for this! It's something I never thought of doing. If I run the programs directly from the folder you said, it works for me too. This is a good workround while the problem gets fixed.

This is useful info for Tasha I would think. This implies that the recording technology and installation works fine, it's just the link to the buttons in Firefox isn't working properly.

THANK YOU! This is the only way that I can use the program I wonder why it quit working I have used it for a long time now (5 months or so) and only now started having problems with it so again thank you so very much for your help!:D

Ok this solution worked perfectly for me last night. Today it refuses to work. Even after a reinstall. Any suggestions?
